Rental Unit Information

Whether you're looking to give camping a try without having to make a large investment of a camper, or if you're just looking to get a camping experience but don't have a camper, we have the answer! Water's Edge offers five camping units available for rent. We have a 28' x 10' park model camper, a 44' x 8' Willow Creek park model camper, a 40' x 8' Woodland park model camper & two (2) 11' x 24' camping cabins. Each unit is different and priced as such. Below, each unit is outlined with with detailed information about accommodations and price.

Please note: For the enjoyment of all guests, there is No Smoking allowed in any of our rental units, and pets are allowed only in rental units #4 & #5 (see below).

RENTAL UNIT DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
All prices are based on a family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 Unmarried Children Under 16). A minimal deposit will be required within 10 days of the date you make your reservation. The balance will be due 1 month prior to your arrival and a $100 security deposit (refunded after inspection/cleaning) will be required before check-in. This Security Deposit MUST be paid in Cash. Rental Units have a 1 month cancellation policy, meaning that if you cancel within 1 month of your arrival, you forfeit your deposits. If you are entitled to a refund, a $5 refund charge will apply.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO THE DISCOMFORTS OF NATURE.

Also, please note; Rental Units may be rented by the week only (Sunday ~ Sunday) during prime season (Memorial Day ~ Labor Day).

44' x 8' Willow Creek Park Model *:

Located lakeside, this trailer sleeps a family of 5. It has heat, central air conditioning, stove, refrigerator, microwave, bath/shower, toilet, color cable T.V., stereo, deck with full awning, picnic table, fireplace and barbecue grill. Sorry....no pets allowed in this unit.

28' x 10' Park Model Camper *:

This large camper is located on a lakeside site. This camper sleeps a family of 5. It has a 2 bed loft, heat, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, stove, bath/shower, toilet, color T.V., stereo, deck with full awning, picnic table, fireplace and barbecue grill. Sorry....no pets allowed in this unit.

11' x 24' Camping Cabin *:

Located on a wooded site, these cabins sleep a family of 5. These units have no plumbing or heating systems. They offer sleeping facilities, refrigerator, covered porch, picnic table, fireplace and barbeque grill. Restrooms are close by. Now with air conditioning and cable TV!
