Off Season Special Rates ~ $35.00 - $40.00 Per Night!
(Off Season is before Memorial Day weekend or after Labor Day weekend)

Rates are based upon 2 persons
Extra Immediate Family Members:

Children 3 and younger ~ FREE
Children 4 - 15 ~ $1.00 per night
Family Members 16 and older ~ $10.00 per night
Up to 2 pets per family welcome

Cancellation & Refund Policy :

One week notice required for a rain check (rain check good through 2008 season).  Two week notice required for a refund ($5 handling fee applies).    Last minute cancellations, no shows, late arrivals or early departures due to inclement weather or personal reasons will forfeit deposit.

CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO THE DISCOMFORTS OF NATURE

No Check-ins After 9:00P.M.

Early Check-ins should expect to be charged at the rate of $1 per hour if your site is ready.

Visitors Rates:

Children 3 and younger ~ FREE
Children 4 - 15 ~ $4 per day visit, $8 overnight
People 16 & over ~ $5 per day visit, $10 overnight

Visitors should expect to pay the overnight rate at check-in.
At check-out, day visitors will be given a refund of
1/2 the total charged (making the day visitors rate).
